What we get asked the most
Why is there a one-time fee AND a monthly?
The one-time covers design, setup and initial product loading (several hours of custom work). The monthly covers hosting, SSL, backups, domain and human WhatsApp support year-round.
Is there a sales commission?
No. We never touch your sales — you collect directly. If you use Stripe, PayPal or Square on the Store plan, they charge the standard processor fee (around 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction), not us.
How does this compare to Shopify or Squarespace?
Shopify Basic is $39/mo + 2.9% per transaction = ~$1,200/yr at $10K in sales. Our Professional plan is $239 once + $15/mo = $419 the first year and $180/yr after that. And you get a custom design, not a template.
Can I cancel the monthly?
Yes, anytime. Month-to-month, no contracts. If you cancel, we give you a grace month to back up your data before taking the site down.
Do you accept installments?
Yes. You can split the initial setup in 2, 3 or 4 interest-free installments with credit card via Stripe. Ask via WhatsApp to set up.
What if I have more products than my plan allows?
We charge a very small fee for each additional block of products, or you can move up to the next plan. We always notify you first — never any surprise charges.
Can I upgrade later?
Of course. Starting Essential and growing into Professional or Store is very common. You only pay the difference; your catalog is preserved and we only add the new features.
